First solo exhibition in Asia: 4th - 24th February, 2010 @ UfoGallery in Central, Hong Kong: "The ironic side of dark paper dreams"

Through his solo exhibition at UfoArtgallery, the artist presents a series of recent works and new drawings in which multitasking human beings, bizarre creatures and protean objects, are melted together in extremely surreal and dark atmospheres, built through a complex mechanism of mind and an almost obsessive attention to detail.
These are some of the basic ingredients of absurd situations, full of hidden meanings, of the eccentric artworks by Luca Loiudice.

Inspired by beers and music, comics and cartoons, surrealism and lowbrow art movement, he creates an own personal world, with the aim to understand his own reality through what his own imagination says.

After several exhibitions in Europe, Australia and United States, the artist presents his work at the Hong Kong audience with his first solo exhibition in Asia: The ironic side of dark paper dreams.
